Hi Rachel! Love the newsletter. Would love to hear you talk about what (larger?) well-functioning social media teams look like. How do responsibilities get divided, how do you know when you need that role, how do the roles communicate, etc? Social media teams are so often 1 to 2 ppl who wear so many hats and I bet many of us would enjoy learning about what it looks like to take off one of those hats....
